Have not heard anything
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer of yours that is reaching out. Me and a buddy of mine decided to give your establishment a try.
With it being so close to Lax we both were hesitant becase the air port traffic be insane. Garfield Thompson is actually a member of your point system. I'm not... we roughly paid $600 and change (American currency) to stay at the hotel and was then charged another 248 to park.
We are both well established gentlemen Garfield Thompson being a two time tour soldier which included stop loss. He's an absolute hero in my eyes. The issues began when your hotel was on strike and regret to inform us of this. 5am to 630 am drums screaming and banjos accompanied and microphones.
Created a very uncomfortable condition for Mr Thompson facing PTSD. I also have PTSD from being home invaded. That being said I'm a manager for
Transport pepsico north east division. NEVER WOULD ANY OF MY CUSTOMER ENCOUNTER ANYTHING YOUR ESTABLISH forced me and my counter part to experience.
This is not a threat Mr Salazar but I demand a full refund of all expense. That is how you conduct correct business...
if you need conformation on who your customers really are I can provide that as we all know people love to create Fraudulent claims. Thank you for you time, sincerely Michael Horacio Calderon {Pep} Garfield Thompson

My wife and I travel out of LAX a few times per year. We have stayed at this property several times over the years, with great customer service.
This past Friday March 8th, 2024, I had booked a one-night stay as my wife was returning from London to meet our new granddaughter. I approached the check in counter at approx. 2:45pm. With no one in line, and the two agents deep in conversation, I handed the agent my drivers license.
His response was" what am I supposed to do with this? ". Shocked, I said, I would like to check in. He handed it back and very rudely stated that he could not help me until after 4pm.
I took my luggage back to my car and returned to the lobby. When I arrived back at the lobby the same agent was checking in about 9 guests in line. I returned to the line. When it was my turn, I simply asked why he had stared that no Cheick in until 4pm, but he was checking guest in now?
he asked if I was checking in? again shocked, I handed hom my license, to which he stated, oh you again? I got my room key and asked about the parking ticket. The parking ticket stated to pay by phone.
To which I did, charging me $15.00. when I asked about the charge, he again rudely stated that I was not supposed to pay until I checked in? I asked how was I supposed to know that? he said," I have no idea"?
I asked if I would be charged the fifteen dollars in addition to the fifty dollars to park for 24 hours. His answer was " yup".
There are several hotel options around LAX.
Sheridan will not be one of ours in the future. I did not get his name, as they do not wear name badges.

Bad service and no tools on the room.
Why did you get the five-star rating?
1-Do you have the worst type of toothbrush that a three-star hotel does not provide?
Or
2- Do I need one bottle of body cream when I rent a room with a double bed?
Or
3-For a poorly made comb and one pill in a room with a double bed?
4- Of course, each of the previous pieces was available after calling the reception individually, and later they no longer answered the call.
The conclusion, in my opinion, is that either the hotel is not five stars, or the workers are stealing, or you have an intermediary in the Tourism Authority to get these five stars, which you do not deserve in the first place.
LAST POINT: I HAVE A PUCTURE FOR EVERY THINGS, AND WILL SEND IT BY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY.
User's recommendation: 1--Improve the tools quality. 2-Give the employeers communication skills course. Best Regards.

I've been the event planner for my high school multi-class reunion events since 2006, as well as the band leader that provides the entertainment. This hotel has got to be the worst that I have ever experienced.
I hope this review is read by anyone at a higher level than the general manager because he part of the problem as well. My first encounter with the hotel was on Sept. 3, 2023 when my band was hired to perform. I wanted to see if the hotel had my interest in my business by observing a friend who was the host of the event on this date.
The tasting was complimentary from the hotel to persuade us to do business with it. The pricing of the pasta bar ($15@) and plated dinner ($30@) was attractive. Therefore, I paid the $500 deposit towards holding the date of 12-2-23. I was told, by the current event planner, that I could get a capacity of 200 seated guest with dance area and my band to perform.
In Nov. 2023, unfortunately a new event planner informed me there was a fee for the tasting, I could not get the 200 guests in, the price of the pasta bar is $27, and plated dinner is $36. This late developement caused me to be $1,100.00 in the red. The men's restroom 2 urinals were out of order that looks to be not flushed in days on 11-28-23.
I was told they would be fixed prior to my event on 12-2-23. The urinals were not fixed on the event day and I had men standing in line outside the restroom waiting to use 2 toilets instead of 4. A receptionis made an offensive comment to me after she gave me the key to the wrong room in which I was only in it for 15 seconds with another hotel employee when discovering the room was not mine.
The comment was made when I informed her that it was the wrong room. There are other things that I experienced with some of the hotel employees (including the GM) that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point that I will never go back to that hotel ever again because of the poor service for the $10,261.00 business I brought to them.

18 yo turned away on Christmas Day from paid room
I booked a last minute room for my daughter due to the fog advisory. She came in from NFLD December 25th/23, and after I attempted to drive to the airport I felt it was very unsafe to come and get her.
I live in Erin, Ontario which is over an hour away. I paid for the room in full and no where did it state that she would have to swipe a card at arrival. When my 18 yo daughter arrived, the staff refused her entry to her paid room at 9:30pm despite her having identification, speaking with me, her father and her grandmother. I offered to give my credit card for incidentals and they would not take it.
Instead they wanted her card or $200 cash. She is 18, and only had her visa debit connected to her phone so no ability to secure either of their requests. Their next suggestion was for us to find a friend to hand over that money! The staff were rude, unhelpful and simply starting policy at us.
They have no idea who they are dealing with - educated and influential people - and they turned away their 18 yo daughter to a fog advisory and no where to go!!! Shameful.
I was told I would receive a full reimbursement while on the phone with the clerk, and I have yet to receive it despite hearing from the facility multiple times with their repetitions of "policy."
Policy, we know is simply a rule we put-in place for structure; it is not to be intended to cause harm, and if so, your hotel would be in serious trouble of human rights laws. Do we want to go down this road?
I want a full reimbursement of the charges immediately, and shame on your hotel and staff for doing this to my daughter!

Verified Reviewer |Stolen Jewelry from my room by hotel staff.
On Saturday 6/24/2023, I checked into the Four Points Sheraton @ 5990 Green Valley Circle in Culver City, CA at 5:15 PM and was assigned room 618. Once I arrived in my room, I called the front desk to order up two extra pillows and some extra towels.
I went into my suitcase to change my earrings due to them being red to avoid any problems due to the gang culture that exist in LA and replaced my jewelry bag, back in my suitcase. After a 40 minute wait, my request for towels and extra pillows were never granted, and due to the fact that I was in town to play an event for the BET music awards, I left my hotel room to attend a rehearsal and never received my pillow and towel request.
I returned to my room around 8-30 to take a shower and get dressed for the nights festivities. It was then that I noticed my suitcase was not the corner of the room where I originally placed it, instead being in the corner near the TV monitor. Once I went into my suitcase to retrieve clothing to get dressed, I noticed that my jewelry bag was missing and the do not disturb door placard was on the floor in front of the hotel door.
I immediately called the front desk to report my findings and the acting Manager onsite, (Forris Massey) went on to explain to me, that a Caucasian male, transient probably in his 30s-40s came into the "hotel lobby" to report that he had found a bag in the parking lot of the hotel, which Massey identified to a tee as being my jewelry bag and all of the items in it, and went on to say that this individual approached the lobby desk and attempted to hand-over my bag, but at the last second, had a change of heart.
Massey went on to described that, he attempted to accost this individual and take possession of my bag, and it was then that this person has a change of heart and ran-off running west towards the gas station on Sepulveda Ave.
It was then, I decided to call the Culver City police department for assistance in this matter. A police report was conducted and emailed to me on Wednesday 6/28/2023 and forwarded to a one Mark Hinshaw, General Manager along w/ a demand for compensation letter drafted by the Law Depot, a lawyer online services.

Hello,
I am upset with my reservation, first I came in to a room with *** in the bed, I changed rooms no problem. Then this morning a maid entered as I was alone in the room about to shower, she did not knock and just let herself in.
The desk phone was busy so I put my clothes back on and walked down there. The answer I was given was maybe she thought you checked out and when I appeared dissatisfied she responded with sorry for the inconvenience. Im naked and pregnant in a hotel room alone while my boyfriend was at gym and a stranger opened the door without knocking that is more than an inconvenience.
Lastly, I was never told about breakfast accommodations last night so I did not think that was an option here only to find a Buffett ending at 10 when I went down to voice my concerns. Also was never told wifi info and just found a large bug in my room.
